The Peltola area is located approximately one kilometre from the services of Kitee city centre. The area contains mostly low apartment buildings. The rental apartments of Kiteen Kotitalot are studios and two or three room apartments in two-floor apartment buildings. In addition, the Peltola area hosts the only row house rentals – 14 two-room apartments – of Kiteen Kotitalot.
